What’s New with Coach
🧠 Coach can now weigh in on how "AI-proof" a career is. Coach pulls live data from our AI Resilience Report to give learners a resilience score, risk signals, labor-market data, and suggested next steps for a given career path. A deeper narrative report with a full AI-replacement verdict is also available. This feature is currently live in the Explore Career Paths activity.
- 📲 Learners can now sign up for Coach Follow-Ups directly from the app. After finishing a chat, eligible learners are prompted to add their phone number and opt in to proactive check-ins from Coach over text. Once signed up, they can reply to those messages and pick up a real conversation with Coach anytime, no need to log back into the app. This functionality is incredibly helpful for learners who are mobile-driven or benefit from nudges. Advisors can also see the history of these messages in their dashboards.

- 📊 CareerScores.org is a new, free library bringing together career development assessments that are normally scattered across dozens of sources. Starting with five key assessments, learners can read summaries, take the assessments, and share their results. Check out our LinkedIn post announcing it!
