New Admin Account Released!
This past quarter we rolled out our new Administrator Account designed specifically for partners like you! This powerful tool provides you with a comprehensive overview of your entire program and organization, making it easier to track usage, impact and help you to manage and optimize Coach within your program.
In the Admin view, you have access to the following:
Insights: Get real-time data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth — our Insights tab is on the roadmap for Advisor accounts (coming soon!).
License Management: Easily manage licenses and users across your organization.
Impact Data: Access detailed reports on the impact of your program, with key metrics at your fingertips.
Usage Tracking: Monitor product usage at the individual level to understand how your team is engaging with the platform.
Chat History: Review chat history summaries to stay on top of communications with your team and learners.
