Insights
From the left side menu, click Insights.
The Insights section includes:
- Coach Engagement Overview: A high-level summary of learner activity and engagement
- Recommended Actions: Suggestions for how to further support your cohort's career development
- Most Common Questions: A look at the topics and questions learners are bringing to Coach
- Questions Asked by Learners: A more detailed view of individual learner questions
- Career Readiness Survey Data: Measures learner progress across multiple career development dimensions, including skills building and Career Adaptabilities Scale progress. Each dimension is defined within the Insights section.
Used alongside your dashboard, Insights can give you a deep and actionable understanding of your learners' career interests and needs.
Usage Tracking
From the left side menu, click Usage Tracking.
The Usage Tracking section includes:
- Total Sign-ups and Engaged Learners: A snapshot of how many learners have joined and are actively using Coach
- Average Session Length: How much time learners are spending on the platform
- User Activity: A breakdown of the specific activities learners are engaging with, along with other platform usage data
Filtering and Downloading Reports
All reports can be filtered by date, cohort, and other categories. To download a report, click the ... icon in the top right corner of any data box, select Download Results, and choose your preferred file type for further analysis.
