Insights
The Insights report helps you understand your learners' career interests and questions so you can better support them. To access this information, click Insights in the left side menu.
The Insights report includes:
- Learner Career Interests: A breakdown of the career topics your learners are exploring
- Most Common Questions: The questions learners are asking most frequently
- Coach Engagement Overview: A summary of how learners are engaging with the platform
- Recommended Support Actions: Suggested next steps to help further your learners' career development
If your learners are active on Coach, this report will give you a deep and actionable understanding of how to support them.
Usage Tracking
The Usage Tracking report gives you a snapshot of how engaged your learners are on the platform. To access, click Usage Tracking in the left side menu.
The Usage Tracking report includes:
- Total Sign Ups and Engaged Learners: An overview of how many learners are actively using Coach
- Average Session Length: How much time learners are spending on the platform
- User Activity: A breakdown of the specific activities learners are engaging with, and more
Impact Data
The Impact Data report helps you understand how helpful learners are finding Coach.
To access, click Impact Data in the left side menu.
The report includes both aggregate and individual-level data on learning progress, including:
- NPS Reporting: Learner satisfaction data
- Career Readiness Survey Data: Measures career readiness across multiple dimensions, all of which are defined within the report
- Skills Building and Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Progress: Data on how learners are developing over time
Filtering and Downloading Reports
All reports can be filtered by date, cohort, and other categories. They are also downloadable in multiple file formats for further analysis.
To download a report, click the three dots in the top right corner of any data box, then select Download Results and choose your preferred file type.
