Step 1: Create Your Account
When our team sets up your Admin account, you'll receive an email containing an invite code. Click the button in that email to be directed to the sign-up page.
From there:
- Choose your preferred sign-in method (your invite code will already be applied)
- Confirm your information and set a strong password
- Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
- Click Continue
Step 2: Complete Onboarding
After creating your account, you'll be guided through a brief onboarding flow. It takes about 2–3 minutes. During onboarding, you'll have the option to add cohorts, advisors, and learners, but you can skip these steps and add them later if you prefer.
Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
Once you're in, you'll land on your admin dashboard. Here's what you'll find:
License & Usage Snapshots are displayed in the main area of your dashboard. They give you a quick overview of your plan and basic usage stats, and you can use them to request updates to your plan.
The left side menu is where the main tools live:
License Management: Add, remove, or adjust learners, advisors, and cohorts
Assignments: Create and manage assignments for your learners
Insights, Usage Tracking & Impact Data: View detailed reports on engagement and learning
Find Activities: Browse the activity library
Feedback: Share feedback with the Coach team
Help: Get support anytime
Settings: Update your account information, manage chat memory, or review what Coach knows about you
